That man complaining at around 7 minutes really annoyed me, he obviously just seen the camera and wanted to complain to get on tv. He doesn't appreciate like many other people in london the transport network that they have. We wait 15 minutes for a train at any times and he has to walk 20 minutes to euston. Boo Hoo.
Anything for 15 minutes of fame. You'll find most people in London don't appreciate the transport network. The amount of shit us railway staff get for 'poor transport' is hilarious.
Dean McFarlane exactly, people need to appreciate that that staff that work on the stations are not responsible for delays and their main priority is to help people make their journeys as easy as possible. The amount of abuse they get is shocking and the heads at London Underground and other rail companies need to do more to stop abuse towards staff from their customers.
Zack Hallam Yes, but London is the main city in the UK which is far more populated than Manchester. When you are waiting in a massive crowd for a train, 15 minutes can feel like a lifetime. Plus, there is much more pressure for staff on LU to keep the service flowing as fast as possible.
