the last comeback everglow made was 7 months ago with their title track called "First" and when I tell you that song goes hard... it's probably the hardest song they've put out yet and in K-pop in general but I'd say check out their debut MV first titled "Bon Bon Chocolat" (2019) and then make your way to their last release "first" because this is one of those groups you'd literally see an immense growth in each and every comeback.. from their confidence to the energy they put in their choreography to the visuals.. vocals.. everything. you'd actually feel like each era till first has been their best era yet.
Aisha is my bias too so I can't wait until you see La Di Da. She is a dangerous woman. And yeah, Mia has kind of been the one placed at the forefront since the beginning, but Aisha caught a lot of peoples' attention starting with their first comeback Adios so from their second comeback, Dun Dun, she has been given a lot more lines & screen time as well.

mia actually isnt the most popular, she is unfourtunely the most hated member :") this is because she gets the most lines in most of their songs, which is completely understandable imo given that she is extremely well rounded and talented and holds two main positons. shes an ace. but she cannot control the line distribtuion, the company and the producers do. so it makes no sense how people hate her for it and constantly target her. it shouldnt be aimed at her and its very sad. she unfourtunely knows about the hate too and has talked about it. she lost confidence because of it. she is such a sweetheart, an angel with the biggest heart. i hope one day the hate against her will stop. support all 6 members💜

Late to comment, but you are 100% on your impressions of this group. This is Aisha's era, she is very impressive in this MV although she also stands out in previous songs too.
I think the leader is also the spokesperson for the group and always have speaking lines at music shows. I don't think Mia is as comfortable with speaking, she's actually very shy! E:U was the leader because she's the oldest and had experience with cheerleading, but I think behind the scenes Siyeoen is the most intelligent so it's probably easy for her to be the leader. Also I think the leader is like an authority figure the others have to listen to and it's a big responsibility, I could see how it could be a burden after a while.
Honestly I think sihyeon will end up being my bias and Mia and Aisha will be my wreckers. She deff gives me leader vibes. I would’ve thought Mia was the leader but she seems like she would be shy off stage even though she is a beast on it.

Same for itzy's Ryujin they say Yujin (its like you have to roll the R in your throat but not pronounce it in your mouth ) or like when they say words like geonchorom ( maybe my spelling is wrong i apologize ) the R is like somewhat a mix of L-D and R
