I have same issue with new rims and tires , I balance twice and they are fine but is terrible the wobble at 40mph ... with the other set the truck was fine , any idea what is ?
Had the same issue when I put BBS 740i wheels in my 540i - it’s a centering issue Get those plastic centering rings, couple 3 bucks and that will fix it
My steering wheel wobbles just like that on my 2005 Honda Accord I got a small dent in both my front rims ones been there for a couple years the other I slid into a concrete barrier and it smashed it in a little gonna move the front to back and back to front to see if wobble goes away
About a year ago, I slid sideways into a curb that I couldn't see during a blizzard and broke 2 rims. It just happened to be exactly 1 day after the insurance policy I bought for them expired. So after having to shell out the money for 2 rims, I didn't feel like buying a third.

hey, I know it's a pretty old comment but mine does too in park and at very low speeds. was it sorted by changing rims and tyres?
