Ultra 2 is generally used if you're worried about people chasing down your teleport, something certain characters can do very well and others not at all. Seth falls into the first category and poongko is known to be an aggressive player, so picking the rofflecopter over the demon makes perfect sense in this particular match.
@VickTheRipper They call him Gouki in Japan exclusively as far as I know. Also in Japanese Gouki - 豪鬼 stands for Great Demon and Akuma being Shin Akuma in this stage of the game just measures his unrivaled power. This could be why there's an addition of "Great" to the name of Demon.
@snackish12 it works on everyone except E. Ryu, ken, ryu, makoto, diddles, juri, (ibuki?), abel, yang, yun, gen, rufus, El Fuerte, Dictator, Blanka. That list does not include seth. I happened to be a Akuma player, so I had to find out myself :)

I've never heard or noticed that he grunted like that during a normal before though. That is his distinctive demon flip grunt. I would like to know the reason here as well.
@snackish12 also, do you think he would try a sweep on a character he KNOWS that cannot be juggled? He has played that character 2x better and longer than I have. I still like Seth better, and that's why he's my main. :)
Infiltration seemed a little off. It looked like he was desperate for knockdowns and whiffed a lot of roundhouses. I like how Infiltration just takes the fierce punch punish after a teleport. Better that then a mixup into dizzy from nasty poong.
It was only a joke because of Infiltration dominance in every SF tournament, so watching some old videos of him losing is kind of "weird" sort of speaking, like when Seth made the joke about Daigo getting mad. "rare footage of Daigo getting mad".

The grunt is a whiffed attack, think I it's jumping roundhouse, he does it way too low to the ground, realizes it won't come out in time so the second jump is damage control rather than an OS. The fact that it worked perfectly cause it got Poongko after the dash was sheer luck, if he was predicting it he would have OS'ed the sweep. Notice how he didn't really combo after that crossup? Just kind of jabbed and then stopped and did nothing? It's because he wasn't prepared for it to hit either.
