Mam i've been night shift for 6 years. I have GERD problem before 8 months, took food on time after that. It was controlled.. now im having muscle seventy and sensitive teeth past one week. Heard that because of deficiency, now also facing GERD problem again.. muscle seventy reduced however sometimes i feel faint & body weakness while sleep, my health anxiety and sleeping disorder puts me in panic.
