I am a Leo Virgo cusp with much Virgo in chart. You are right situation not reciprocal. Male a Scorpio is not serious, very lustful and loves annoying games he plays with me. Is charming but just a player. Very promiscuous. Always has a new lie he is worried will be uncovered. He is toxic but he keeps in my energy. Why would Spirit allow this person in my energy? This person is in relationship with someone else who he won't leave yet plays in my energy. I could not be happy with this person he will always disappoint me. Too young, immature, doesn't know who he is, not serious. I really didn't know this person and only saw him in rose colored glasses. The real him is not for me. Not who I thought he was.
