Great as always! My yoga teacher taught me, "Everything I need is coming to me with ease." Later I found a scripture: Philippians 4:19 to match. I've been repeating the quote (to myself and others) since Dec. 2019. I have seen (large and small) miracles appear. I also have an understanding that all that I Need is Always making its way to me even when I can't see it. When I stay Present in the moment (this is KEY), I see the things I need appear. Sometimes we miss it because we aren't present enough to see what we need appear. Our minds are so powerful! Focusing on what I would love to call into existence is still a lesson that I am learning and practicing.

I love this statement:
"Allow myself to receive all that I desire'.
I think that we do not always allow ourselves to receive good things for us. For example, we are too focus in complaining and negative thoughts, as Iyanla said. I think that it is like to be asleep in a dark cloud until someone wake us up and show as that it is just a bad dream and we do not have to keep engaging with it and the good news is that we can disengage from it.

I keep going on with my head high listen to positive still and scriptures motivation. I am not letting no devil or that negative individual stopping me. Thank you again the breathing techniques really help me out a lot I am a empty Nester and retired and all my children live out of state so this is a very difficult time for me right now. But my Mother she does not live too far from me and she hasn't been feeling so well but she still sends me cards in the mail I miss hugging her she's my best friend🌹
