Thank you. Suffering IS optional but suffering opens a path to the kingdom of God. I act AS IF my life is going as it should. I get up, shower, get dressed, put on makeup, do my hair, do some artwork, I might do some light exercising, go for a walk or watch some comedy DVDs. I pray and reflect. I start my breakfast around noon. I take a nap. I take my vitamins, I drink water and try not to oversnack...that is hard to to! Lol. I'm retired and I lost my spouse to a horrible illness 2 years ago and this challenge in life is the toughest thing to do without him at my side. Yes I have family and friends but it's not a replacement for my late husband. I absolutely am in my moment. I feel things deeply and pray for comfort and patience. God is my refuge.

I been execrise since August 2018 doing walking execrise 7 days a week, I drink water everyday. Since last week I have been drinking tea. I am trying new herbal tea. Doing a lot of praying avoid negative especially media. I have anxiety I don't need mental breakdown to. Thank God for you to bless us to be positive during tough times. Last night I had good night rest I did not allow negative take over my mind. I am usually negative person my whole life. I am learning to be positive. I am not let negative run over me. I am believe in lord.
