lowkey think it would be dope if game had a segment where he either reviews or remixes user submitted beats, after all most people are here to learn how to improve
A good tip for anyone who isn't fortunate to have a VST like Nexus, spend some time and Google "soundfonts". You can find some really good SFs if you dig around and you can build your own library. Just load up the SFs into FL synth, piano roll your melody and tweak it with the other free FL plugins. ;) Good tut BTW, you explain things very well!
BWB, In a sea of videos to the effect of "duhhhhh then you click this bro", your focus on the WHY behind every aspect of sound is special. Thanks a ton.
Honestly, this is one of the best music tutorials I've ever seen, definately the best trap tutorial. I love how you actually explain the music behind the sound of the song, people always explain what to do with the DAW like which knobs to turn etc to sound like a certain artist and it doesn't even feel like we're talking about music anymore. Good job mate, and thanks!!
Man, your tutorials are in depth, but easy to follow. Also, you go in depth into the culture of the music. I've used Fruity Loops for over 10 years, but I've never found a tutorial as in depth as yours. sincerely, thanks man.
who else actually watched the whole thing?? I never get enough of this guys content you are actually helping me become a better artist dont ever stop you will make it big.
So far i have watched 2 videos of yours... and i really liked them thank you broh ,,, you really know how to teach ,, how to make things understandable... Thank you very much. Around 1:05:00 Click on the knob you want to automate or get the value, then click on tools, last tweaked and click on copy value :) Awesome video btw.
22:50 that bell sounded off because you lowered the pitch... But is this the Signature edition you're using or are you getting those VST's Nexus and Sylenth by themselves?
It's used for a change up, chords are not always going to be repetitive. It will get boring real quick. F Major is a chord with F A C. The 7th is F A C E. The 9th is F A C E G, and so on.

Actually I think the "short" 808 just fits perfectly!
Which is used for danciest rhythm, elongated 808s is originally the choice you would go for for rumble and feel.

That Kill bill sound efx is just a sine or A saw synth filtered a bit. It's sounds like the same synth used on Kool and The Gangs Summer Madness.
