I'm not sure if people realized what happened on that stage. Queen never even attempted to recreate the middle operatic part live. They always just played it back from a tape. These guys - nailed it LIVE with EVERY BAND MEMBER (apart from drummer) doing a SINGING PART as well as playing their instruments. Of course, Queen is the author of this and they are the geniuses behind this song. But recreating a song like this down to every freaking detail like that "shiver down my spine", all the harmonies or even the various guitar sounds at the end of the rock'n'roll part or that gong at the end or the fact that the guitarist actually has a Red Special - a copy of Brian May's homemade guitar - it's all the details like this that make this performance absolutely outstanding. These guys were almost note-for-note and sound-wise perfect (take a note of the piano sound - it's not a generic preset sound!) and it would take an enormous amount of work to top this performance.

As a singer and bassist in a 3 piece band with over 1200 shows in 15 years This is musicianship of the highest order, they can literally nail any song that's ever existed in popular or rock music and make it sound incredible. James Cole on guitar is fantastic, and the guy on keys is unreal Such a great idea and so excellently implemented in all facets, Kudos to all involved in this, the production values are also top notch

Like the previous comment, I saw Queen live, and the iconic middle choral section was a perfectly synchronized recording, not live. My hat's off to you! March 15 2024 just having a couple of drinks and channel surfing looking for something to pass the time before calling it a night.I come across this band on PBS Detroit and just like that I am a Classic Rock Show fan.What an amazing group of talented musicians and singers that this group has formed.I hope to see them perform one day.
Followed these guys for a few years now all educated professional musicians and it shows It's one thing to play in a studio, these guys take their work and perform live producing the same results. Outstanding individuals.
