Can't go wrong with the coastal cities of Southern California. Los Angeles is probably best for nightlife, if you can avoid the traffic. The beaches in Orange County and San Diego (my home) are gorgeous and there's some great stuff to visit for tourists too-- San Diego Zoo, Disneyland, and so on.
I had never heard of them till today I stumbled upon the chipoltle cultivate festival in Colorado and it was one of the best shows I ever saw and I love this band now
