My youngest of three just graduated from college. They tell me some of their favorite memories are tied up in how fun their early and teenage years were because I made the effort to decorate for Halloween and Christmas. Each year, now, I make sure to pass on some of their favorite pieces to enjoy in their own homes. Some people don’t understand the fuss but I consider it part of a love language that I share with my kids. They will have these memories, long after I’m gone. I love seeing younger moms like you share their passion and creativity, and make the effort for their kids as well. Well done!
Yes it is definitely a love language! My daughter is 15 and I still want to decorate for every season so that she can always look back at these times and cherish the memories

My son’s fiancé was telling me that he told her he has wonderful memories of all the decorating I did for the holidays and he said “Christmas House” was the best. Made me tear up!🥲. It’s so worth all the effort!

Love this. When you said Beetlejuice I had to laugh. When my granddaughter was about two she was watching cartoons and went to sleep on our bed when she woke up screaming we could not figure out what she was trying to tell us. We found out Beetlejuice.was on tv and scared her. Poor baby. Now she has a new one month baby girl of her own. I can’t wait to see your videos.
