Yes, by disconnecting the Bluetooth option that will stop sound on the watch, you lose ability to receive calls. You have to remember to turn it back on if you want to receive call notifications on the watch.

Thanks for this, but for sure this doesn’t work with all types of watches. Mine does not have 2 bt connections to the phone, only one, and I don’t want to lose synchronization between the phone and the watch.
Mine didn’t either but I figured it out.Go to settings on watch and hit the phone settings and turn off “media audio” and there ya go. Your phone is connected still just not music and videos.
@@BracketReviews I have a G28 Smartwatch, paired to an iPhone 11, and it KEEPS SWITCHING audio to the watch. Even when I CHANGE it on the watch back to the smartphone, within 5 minutes it switches it back to the watch. I REALISE that this is the kind of shit I get for paying AU$21.00 on TEMU for a smartwatch, but, honestly, even living in a rich country, we are apparently so RICH right now, that even the "Cheap" Apple Watch at AU$399.00 is out of my reach. The G28 LITERALLY does everything the Apple watch does and then some. I am 98% of the way to loving it except for this ONE THING, because by god it's annoying lol.. Thank you again for your good works ;)
I’m in the same boat as you. It keeps switching back and I have the same phone as you. As well as the same brand of watch. It’s bothersome but other than that - I like the watch. I wish I could just find a way to turn it off

Why do you have two bluetooth devices? Mine only has one and if i disconnect my smart watch then i get no notifications
