@ChopperJop amazing, I quite enjoy it. I traded a 2008 mean streak 1600 for it. It's a 2016. It feels faster then that 1600 and when we raced it was lol, also comfort is much better. I plan to keep this bike a while. Ive owned everything from honda vtx 1800 to concours 1300 and I actually quite like this bike. I don't know what that guy was thinking when he traded me but I made sure he was OK with it. Even trade. Both bikes had low miles
cool ride but sound is awful... you need separate mic hidden somewhere like under the seat or back pocket because mostly in this vid is a wind noise I use same camera and easiest thing is dji mic 2, wireless and synchronised with cam footage
Thx for the feedback! I'm looking to buy an external mic with Black Friday coming end of November. I mostly ride with a backpack so I can probably store it in there. Cheers mate, sub'd to your channel. 👊
You have a version Arrow exhaust Euro 5? I watched a video where they said that the sound quality was not different from the standard version. This was disappointing, considering the price. Ultimately, you are only paying for the appearance and not the sound.
idk where you heard that but that's definitely not true. A friend of mine drives the Vulcan S with stock exhaust and the difference is huge. I've got a another video standing next to him at a railway crossing and you hear my exhaust way louder.
Its not a bad sound, but its far away from a cool cruising chopper sound. My MT07 sounds more like a chopper than the vulcan does...We dont need to talk about the crap quality of a harley but at least the engine delivers the necessary spirit of a chopper. I guess if you really want a japanese cruiser you need the old V-2s or at least a Honda CMX
However I agree to the fact the sound of the Vulcan is its weak spot, I disagree with the comparison of the MT07. I've drove the MT07 during motorcycle lessons and it's way higher pitched than the Vulcan. Do you ride with a sport exhaust? I ride with the Arrow sport exhaust which makes the engine sound way better than stock, gotta buy a good external mic to capture it and hear it properly on RUclips.
@ChopperJop I dont know which MT07 you heard but the 270 degrees crossplane engine sounds soooo much deeper than the standard sporty parallel twin of the Vulcan.
@@HELERsx Compared to the the Vulcan stock exhaust: Yes. Compared to the Arrow or Delkavic sport exhaust: Doubtful. Hope to have a better mic soon so you can hear it as well on YT! 😄. Cheers mate
Very nice finally someone on youtube that has a vulcan s
Lovely bike, I'm sure more will follow and get to hear about this machine. You ride it too?
Yes I also have a Vulcan, I love it but currently away and winter comes so missing it and I‘ll replace the feeling with these videos haha
@@RandomHandleForYT haha I got enough footage to cover the winter season. See you around 😂
incredible!!!
Picking up mine tomorrow
And, first reaction? How does it feel 😏

@ChopperJop it has a sc racing exhaust, I took baffles out and dang it sounds incredible
@@cnw-jd9tt You talk out of experience. Very valuable information for the ones being in doubt. Thanks for sharing!
@@cnw-jd9tt Haha that must be loud. Too loud maybe? I bet you live isolated 😉

Do you have a relais for the blinkers installed? They seem pretty fast compared to normal
Not yet! Bought one recently actually. But I couldn't find the connector. Should be located under my seat somewhere...

He says that there is no difference between the original and the new version, which has Euro 5.
