- Ryobi is utilizing the 80v batteries in more than just the mowers!!! Now you can power much more, including appliances and such. Let's not beat around the bush, Ryobi is known to be agile and versatile it's all a part of their single source many capabilities platform. This time Ryobi is making the 80v lithium platform more attractive by adding a power source/station available but at a cost. Is this something that you are ready to invest in? Will this help your decision if you are on the fence for an 80v lithium electric mower or tractor? Let me know.

That is a 720Wh battery (72v nominal battery), so this inverter gets you 1000w for about 43 minutes. Plugging into the tractor will get you 3x that. It would honestly have been nice to have this baked into the tractor for the price.
Can you charge the 80v Ryobi battery alone with using out the tractor?????? If no. it seems not user friendly. Everything so far appears to be mower defendant and not very versatile. You would be required to have the mower near the power source. " Not Good ".
Plugging into the tractor is great, but can you use it on the 80v zero turn mowers?
Would like to see more than just riding mowers and the one colossal 30 inch walk behind. But the issue is 2 40v batteries will do everything these will, but better, and cheaper, and use higher quality cells. The 40v 12ah uses samsung t40s while this uses 100 eve 18650s. So everything you could make with the 80v batteries you can make with 2 40vs and be better. These riding mowers should of just taken 40v batteries in pairs. The ability to charge 6 40v batteries at once and pull them out of your tractor to stick in your blower would be a godsend.
Ego figured this out, simply using one battery type for all, and on the rare occasion their 56v battery isnt strong enough it runs pairs for 112v.
Okay, on all videos on 80volt Ryobi tractors None of them show you if charger is 220v to house hook up or it 110volt plug in, all every body showing is plugging into the tractor and suit case 3 pack on rider tractor what the Heck
Not related to this power station but I wish Ryobi would come out with a power rivet gun.

@@livefreeandtoolon Does the smaller 18v 1000 watt inverter handle a surge of 1800 watts? To me it seems like they are struggling to find a use case for these 80v packs. The wattage SHOULD be higher. I also feel like these 80v packs should be LFP.
