The more I think about it , the more I remembers. I 'd been there in the 60's when I was living in Kowloon's Hung Hum district . This Far Yuen Street is now just more or less like the old days in the 60's , if my memories are correct . There are the old style residential apartments till these days along that area. Still looks OK these days . 😎☕️🍰🍫🍦🇮🇹🇺🇸
Those shophouses are all concrete, 6-7 floors. No elevator of course. But, they have been quite safe. Very rarely buildings collapsed. Those builders were pretty responsible businesses.
