Driving with a suspended license. Wooooooow.
If you acting weird during a traffic stop that cops going to eff with you. Stopping in the middle of the road without pulling over to the shoulder to check for a tire puncture in your bare feet is not normal.
Bro was high as hell, thought his car was flying so he got out to check

This was a Masterclass in how to lose control of a traffic stop.
how did he lose control? literally nothing happened lol
No, this is a masterclass in what is perfectly appropriate. The cop stayed in his reasonable lane of authority. The kid did too. The cop is making his paycheck regardless of what happens. The kid is free to do whatever he wants. He complied with what he wanted to. He didn't resist. They took him in. They processed him. He got charges for doing wrong things. The cop made his salary. All of this is perfectly within bounds of what is perfectly appropriate. This is an example of successful and peaceful law enforcement. It's a model for how citizens and law enforcement should behave with each other.
Amazing, all these people DRIVING without a drivers licencse ...
Piss poor officer on this call . He spent way to much time playing around with this kid .
This kid had the upper hand through this whole situation . No license , no ID , remove him from the car , put handcuffs on , put him in the cop car , call a tow truck , and off to jail you go . Cop did everything but buy him a cup of coffee .
Officer NEVER established control. Very poorly handled.
And Cop said on camera that he was punishing in him, making him stand there in the cold without a jacket for not answering his questions that was a major mistake. Any park bench lawyer could’ve got it all thrown out on that alone.
"I can help you let me ID you first" police logic
The cops are obviously gonna figure out who you are, literally wasting both their times trying to think of an impossible way to get out of being arrested.
What a liar!! Every 18 year old who is driving knows to carry their license on them at all times.
I got chips in the back! hahaha
What kind? 😋
Lol
What a little Punk!!!
punk?😂 what are you born in the 1990s
You must have a valid drivers license to operate a vehicle in the United States of America. YOU DON'T STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD FOR ANY REASON, IT'S A HAZARD TO OTHER DRIVERS!
multiple priors at 18? smh
It's been a long time since I've seen THAT level of cluelessness.
Wait till you run across the 18 year old girl taken in by a Euro accent police officer..this girl says the absolute dumbest crap ever recorded on RUclips…
He is not hindering traffic . He's in the fucking median.
Why do you let a guy talk on his phone. Put it down and talk to the cop. Period.
Period ou period ahh
Are u dumb?
No license. No papers. No passport.
People somehow think their phone is going to save them. They pretend like they are using it to divert. Childish
Deport.
As a Mexican, i agree.
If he was completely sober then he's has an odd way about him....
His smirk lets you know it is all a joke to him.
Dudes higher than a kite, asked to bring his chips to jail 😂
He didn't pull over in the road. He pulled over in the middle of the road.
Of the 20 years I’ve been licensed to drive everything from a tiny smart car to a 18 wheeler, stopping in the center median to “check” a wheel would never cross my mind… 😂😅🥴🤷🏻♂️
this cop was super chill allowing far mor than I would in his place
The officer was not "chill". He was less than professional & incompetent.
How is illegally arresting him being chill? In what world?
Well that’s why you aren’t a cop
@@sabretechv2 How did he illegally arrest him?
You are arupid😂 @@charlesbaker1403
The way he’s awkwardly smiling every second was the biggest red flag to me
That smug grin was so disrespectful.
Who’s raising these kid’s these days?
It's fascinating with some of these young people. They're perfectly calm until you try to take their phone away.
It's called personal items dumb fuck haha the police are private equity
Im just surprised he was saying bro and not fool.
Why are they entertaining this BS. Cuff, stuff and book him as a John Doe and let it enjoy the jail food for weeks and being passed around like a blunt. NYPD doesn’t play with anyone.
Bubbas little girlfriend
The cop didn't even handcuff and arrest him right after fighting with him over the phone. The cop even said, "you're very close to getting arrested". I've never seen that before.
Alex DeLarge
😂😂😂
So you want an 18 year old kid to be raped in jail over being an idiot during a stop ? Makes sense
you can't fix stupid when that is what is being taught in schools and at home.
18..and already suspended and multiple priors??…SMH…the youth of today are just plain idiots!!…the police were going to figure out who you are eventually so why catch more unnecessary charges only to delay yourself going to jail 15-20 minutes sooner!!
“No you can’t have my birthday”… “but you can have my identification card that tells you my birthday my height weight and address!” This guy actually is incompetent
Piss poor handling by this officer, why would you let someone have their hands hidden?
He already checked him for weapons. I’m curious is that a dangerous thing
I do agree he should not have let him do that but he was patted down and if that’s what the officer felt safe with doing then he has that option. I’m sure you’re not a police officer so I’m a little confused by the entitlement of your comment
@zestyfresh4726 lmfao, your " sure" I am not a policemen, but your " concerned" about the entitlement of my statement? I ve heard some dumbshit things in my life, and your post is right up near the top.

The fact that he is jittery, saying sorry constantly, and avoiding eye contact with the officer is a red flag.
if you can't articulate why you're uncomfortable talking with cops, then your just talking out your rear
Cop: You can stand out here in mild temperatures.
**blowing snow**
lol
The cop froze him into talking. He weighed his options and realized that the cop car had the heater on.
“You want to act like a tough guy. Now you get to stand in mild temperatures” What a great line 🤣
It’s like a parent giving weak orders to a kid that knows he doesn’t have to listen then does it with a smile 😂perfect!
The reason he can't give you his "name" or "date of birth" is because he doesn't remember those details from his fake ID, so he has to read them to you from the fake ID. Some think you'll stop short and not check thoroughly.
I think it’s funny that he’s complaining how cold he is but yet he’s the reason that they have to wait 25 minutes in order to get his little brother to bring the fake ID 😂
To where ? When was it mentioned he was illegal? You do realize Americans can be bilingual and not be white right 😂
@@Lopez-rg3tk Who said anything about him being "illegal"? Not me.

Him checking everywhere was clearly a sign
One bad decision after another
I went through all these comments, and nobody noticed that the cop punished the kid for not answering his questions by telling him he was gonna make him stand in the cold for not answering his questions and he cannot verbalize that he can do it, but he can’t tell me he’s doing it
Ha! Don't give him his jacket. Love that.
He probably wanted his blanky too lol
Cool story
This cop needs to be doing security at the local community college. He let an 18 year old play games with him and run the show. Terrible.
