I like the non-sales pitch approach during your outreach. Bring them value by asking if they are still in acquisition mode for any like kind properties is great!! Going to have to use this in my own business.
The approach with prospects. Talking to them as investors first and asking if they are looking for property and then seeing if they want to sell. Like the can help solve either of those approach
This is gold. I think this approach to cold calling is more viable, and useful to both parties. I know Beau Beery in Gainesville uses the same script style for multifamily prospecting.
Always, as we both know commercial is lucrative. People don’t want to share info, but I greatly appreciate people like you allowing young people like me to be able to adapt and understand what it takes to be a good broker but also knowing how to deal with our clients and letting them know we are here to help them grow. I look forward to seeing your videos like these, sometimes I feel like I can’t relate but half way in you say something that changes my perspective for the better and it’s stuff like that teaches me I need to understand and not judge, while bringing that principle across all aspects of life. Once again thank you.
This was great. You asked all the right questions. I really appreciate the details on the software he uses and his methods of finding leads. *he has a new subbie for sure I would love to see a demonstration of a new prospect entry into his CRM.
Again, great content. Excellent video. I am currently working on a list of “unreachables”. I started writing letters but not confident in my wording. Any suggestions as to where I can find a good template? Thanks again for these videos
Hey sari I’ve found it’s good business in the expired listings but I’d hate to take away from the creators work since I truly do appreciate his stuff but Henry eistenstein has a few videos on how to word your cold calls and I’ve found those to help me out, but like I said this creators videos has a lot of stuff in the middle of it, wish you the best let me know if you want to connect!
What is your biggest takeaway from the call? I'd love to hear your feedback!

Great interview.
Quick question, how do you find the owners of LLC and Trusts AND skip trace them for their contact number?
