I think the fixtures on the first elevator aren't original, because the call buttons have the yellow arrows lights and they have the bigger newer black buttons from the Late 50's/ Throughout 1960's. They don't have the small black buttons or Christmas light call button arrows or in use above the call button.
Thank you ever so much for doing a retake of these 3 amazing elevators at UT Austin, and while these are nice, it's too bad that UT Austin has modernized many of these vintage elevators to such an extent. Not only it takes the old time flavor out, it's also a big waste of money, since elevators are not cheap.
