I love your beautiful creations but most of all I love that you are chatting while you create rather than doing a voiceover. It is so pleasurable and feels so personal. Lovely shaker and I must find some packaging.
You're the first RUclips card designer that I've seen using nail art supplies for shaker cards. I've been using them for quite a while and think they are perfect for shaker cards or just adding that extra pizzazz to your cards. Your card turned out beautiful and thanks for the tip of thinking outside the box when it comes to recycling really useful packaging. I also use jewelry seed beads for shaker cards.

It's great you love your creations! I love you. You're so interesting to watch and pleasant to listen to. Don't worry about your English. I only speak English, and I can't think of the right word either. I tell my kids I'll call them at 3:00 in the morning when I remember what I meant to say. I love watching you create. I got my video to play on IE, though it will not play on Firefox or Microsoft Edge.What a find to have that packaging from your gift tags. You can make so many shaker cards!! I just happened to open three narrow double-sided tape packages today and they will work for making shaker cards. Three is better than none!! Yeehah! I am so excited!It is time to get out my storage box of Christmas stuff. I know precisely where it is, since I put it with my boxes of Christmas bows in a dresser drawer. I am really working on getting better organized. I have been sorting through all my photos to get them divided into each of my son's photos, plus every place that I taught. I took a lot of teaching photos. It feels good to be finally getting at this. I had to, since I am making each son a 6" x 6" album for Christmas.Sorry for writing such a long message, but I thought one post is better than several. Marta, I am so anxious to do this!!!Thanks!
Love love the card, one thing I do with my shaker cards is I brush powder on my acetate before putting my sequins in and if you use foam tape brush the powder on the inside edge of the foam tape this will stop the sequins or beads from sticking to the sides. If you have flat acetate you can raise it up by using two layers of foam tape. I always use double face tape on my cards. Your card is so beautiful I think the paper colors are awesome and you added the right embellishments. Hugs

Adorable card. I have used the plastic part of packaging as a mini palette, and window on a journal page, but I never though of a shaker card DUH! Thanks Marta for another wonderful video.
Your shaker card is really cute. I enjoy making them too. A tip I learned along the way is to use an embossing powder tool or cornstarch applied with a little brush to remove the stickiness of the inside side of the 3D foam. Another lovely video! -wendy
Marta, your excitement is so contagious. I am mentally trying to figure out what I will use inside the shaker. I know I have white, pink, and lavender sequins, plus gold glitter. It may be an interesting color theme for Christmas, but it is up to me. There are no mistakes and no rules, right? I love seeing and hearing you so happy! Perhaps I will send these out for Valentine's Day instead.

Great idea, Maremi. love using what we have - so much everyday waste if we dont recycle- So, being creative (as you do 😊) and not running to the store for every little thing is refreshing😊 tfs plus...it is super cute ! Gluing beads on in the back is the touch that makes it exceptional
I have made a shaker tag and a shaker card in the past, but never would have thought to use packaging for the window! It looks so much nicer too! Well, that was lots of fun! I have often looked at plastic packaging and thought maybe I should keep it for something... of course shaker card is perfect. Good idea ,the card is beautiful, I used the clear round lid of a yogurt pot which worked similar to yours. I also like to use things we have around the house. I love your jolly attitude and your videos are so wonderful. thank you

I love shaker cards and yours is absolutely gorgeous. So clever to use the plastic from the gift cards. It gives you the dimension that you need. I am looking to buy chipboard but am finding that it is very expensive.

Absolutely spectacular. The long strips of double sided foam tape help greatly. Stampin up has them, I'm sure others do too.

I've watched a few videos about shaker cards but thought they were a bit too difficult for me.. plus I didn't want to buy a whole pack of acetate sheets just for one experiment that could be a disaster hehe but this is soooo much simpler than any other that I've ever seen, so now I'll go and search my craft room for packaging. I raided The Range yesterday and bought those same gorgeous 'Time to Sparkle' sentiments along with the matching small paper pad.. great minds think alike eh? LOVE THIS. This is such a great idea for people who don't have the tool to seal the plastic. I'm definitely going to try this for December Daily. :D
With a tweezers or sharp craft pick (or better yet a distress tool would more than likely work if you have one) you could try whatever tool to remove the red paper from the edge of the plastic rectangle that holds the shaker bits. Just a thought...

If people want ideas for the plastic, the Cadbury tree chocolates tend to be sold fixed to backing card with shaped plastic over the top. Time to buy tree 🍫😃
I would LOVE to see you do another one of these! Not necessarily holiday themed, just in general! Especially using recycled materials!! I know it may be difficult with baby though so if I have to wait a while that's okay lol loving all the videos! Keeps me inspired 💖💖💖

I've actually been collecting things like that from packaging, to do exactly that with it... But I haven't gotten around to creating any of my ideas yet. I've been collecting these things for years. (I'm a serious hoarder).
I have a can, that I use the way you use your container, for my glue gun... and it gets looking pretty bad too...
