John, Mel, and Kevin are back in 'Cave Camp' in the foothills, fly fishing and exploring the surrounding valley.
It's a touching story featuring John Fraser (‪@JohnFrasersWildLife‬), the team's fly fishing mentor, and Melissa Finn (The Honourable Harvest) sharing, learning, and connecting while in the outdoors. Mel gets the hang of fishing, John makes a shore lunch he'd mastered while guiding fishing in the arctic, and Mel forages up a cocktail.

These days, if you pay attention to the news, the look outside of your window becomes distorted. In fact, you often fail to look out of your window. So, stop watching the news and go touch, taste, smell, feel and see what is outside of your window; and beyond, to get another window into the actual reality of the earth and our place in it. It’s called soul searching. All cures and healing come from nature and the people who understand and practice that are truly better off than those who watch the news. This Nova Scotian LOVED this piece of art. Thank you.

Flies tied with fur and feathers that smell natural are deadly. Take the foam and rubber and throw it in the trash.
