You need some utility dragons to make taming easier. A lot of dragons in the mod won’t take off on their own after they landed and will just chase you on the ground. Which makes safari taming not bad and pitfall trap works too. You can use nets or grounding/stun attacks to achieve this. Banshee for example is quite helpful as its grounding screech has a decent AOE. My way of taming is to build a gate trap, blast the target with the screech so the target dragon is on the ground and slow, go through the trap, wait for it to walk in and blast it again so you can close the gate on the other side a bit safer. For boss fighting I think Ymir is probably the strongest breedable dragon. They do like 3~4k per ice breath(and it freezes alphas) easily and even has an ice breaker bite that lets you do 1k per bite for a few seconds. You can kill alphas without getting touched. It’s pretty important to have good health and armor when playing this mod as you die too easily otherwise. I like to play it with mystic occult (without using the death statue) and it fits the setting quite well.

i just love how the mod devs referenced monster hunter stories in the dread wyvern description, a gigantic white dread wyvern that defeated a creature even worse than the centinel dragons, thats one of the two rathas for sure

Challenge-Suggestion: A Professor Oak Challenge with every additional creature mod there is. I want to see you tame them all! Edit: As an additional rules idea: Get a pair of every creature on top. So one female and one male of everything (Except genderless creatures)
you know what would be cool? is a mod with a dragon boss that actually destroys the map in 100 days with minions you can tame and if the 100 days end it skips to a cut scene with the dragon destroying everything.

37:10 ngl in pve when people don’t lock their doors I drag them into water and let them drown then steal their loot. That guy is lucky I wasn’t natural causes
also ive been experiencing a a problem where any time i have a dino like a baby pt about to hatch and an i convert the dino soul trap to be a singular instead of the pile i crash and my computer can run high graphic games like ark fine
so i have to ask, i use the dragons evolved mod aswell but for me it crashesh my files once in a while and then i need to reset my intire world, is there maybe away from me not to have it broken all of the time?

one of the best early tames of this mod is Dokuryu, it can tranq most early to mid game dinos/dragons. it also is based off the pukei pukei from mh

An easy way to steal eggs is leave ur stuff at base, get the egg, die, and drag ur body either till base or their out of render
