It actually doesn't impact it that much at all. The engine doesn't need to run long to generate heat. You won't really find mileage numbers specific to that scenario because it would vary drastically from one person to the next. There's just too many variables, like climate control temperature set, exterior temperature, length of drive, etc
Wind noise is extremely minimal as it's got a very very low drag coefficient. However you'll notice some road noise from the tires, it's certainly not the noisiest vehicle but it's not the quietest either.
