Ok I own this car and I can tell you it’s absolutely lovely. It’s fast but you can’t really tell how fast you’re going. It’s lovely how you can hear the 320 HP biturbo when you step on the gas. I also love that you can adjust the pressure on your back in the seat. One of my favorite things about it is that you can have the hot air blowing directly onto when you have the top down. This guy has the basic one which doesn’t really say much about the cars full potential. He also forgot to mention the fact that it’s big and wide with plenty of leg room in the front.
It's not 320 hp though
Sad turtle, is it a ‘comfortable’ ride? I’m the speed department, I like a ‘capable’ car. I really want a comfortable drivers car.
Hi Mike! Here in Germany, you can be ticketed up to €200 if your motor is running just to heat up your car - I'm assuming that's why remote starts aren't popular on German cars. Letting your car run for three minutes = the same amount of emissions as driving one kilometer.

Meanwhile factories, power plants, large ships and planes are the biggest polluters (especially NOx) . It's legal though, because they give the crooked politicians "campaign money" (Bribes)

What I LOVE about BMW convertibles is that the top is an actual piece of the car unlike the disgusting looking black vinyl tops that all other convertible cars have.

You don't get this feature (remote start) because, in some countries in Europe like Germany and Austria, it's forbidden to leave your car idling until it heats up/cools down.

Early this year I rented this car from Sixt rental car, in Fort Lauderdale. Wouldnt' be surprised if its the same exact car, had 200miles in Jan. Great Car loved the acceleration and the exhaust.
Those are the Xenon headlights. The LED lights are an additional package that this car does not have. LED looks so much better compared to the conventional xenons
The sports pluss mode is for launch control

in regards to your remote start. you have the app on your phone just like your c 63s
I have this car it's drives well. Problem is driver seat has no lumbar support and a back killer on long drives.

Hey why do you call that the 10-2 grip. Your hands are at the side bars on the paddle shifters which looks closer to a 9-3 grip. Nice video.

good review mike! I definitely agree with you about the options. what kind of $50k+ car doesn't come with nav and heated seats?? thats why i will probably never buy a new BMW. Especially when you can buy low mileage slightly used ones with every single option for under $30k. Also Im failry certain that the Adaptive lights were standard on the 4 series from the debut in 2014. Although 2017 may come standard with led lights in lieu of xenon.

I wonder if BMW has good reliability with all those motors for the convertible top.
They are proven very reliable over time ! The only thing you should care about is to only open/close whilst the car stopped or then only on smooth roads (the top can be moved while driving up to max 10mph, unlike the new 4series or the Z4, where the fabric (and so lighter) fabric top can be activated up to 30mph )

Ha ha, paddle shifters are always slow to respond, like you but it, :: my RUclips paused the video exactly at that moment to buffer; lol.
Is the backseat big enough for other riders?
Yes it is. Adults can sit there perfectly fine. I'm 6''2 and I can sit in the back behind my wife when she's driving.
Not a fan of this review, just too much whinging and whining! I really have very little interested in your views regarding cost and options.

You do. “Open roof” it’s reduced to 220 liters, when in Coupé mode, it increases up to 370 liters with the flap cover up. In plus, you can flip down the back rest of the back seats and then trunk volume goes even until the back of de front seats ! (Sorry for my bad English !)

Myself I was searching longtime for a very specific version in an acceptable price range, and I only found it last weekend, eager to get my hands on next week ! (440i xDrive M Sport with adaptive chassis and OPF in grey metallic and black leather)
What was the liquid coming out of the exhaust?

Also you can option the pack up camera separately, it dosnt have to be in the park assist pack. Also front and rear PDC is standard
Also you don't get remote start on German vehicles because it is illegal in Europe

BMW and every other German car I can’t forgive for their option list, stuff that needs to be included are sold to you as options. Like the sat nav, the small screen, the no parking sensors

I've found bmws steering is to heavy at slow speed. Bm's only feel great over 50mph. I'm not a fan of it.
