Again, awesome. So many people will relate to the symptoms you described, if not all of them. Ur right, there is no quick fix, or people telling you ”just pull urself together”......you have bad days, you have worse days, you have good ish days..rinse repeat. Personally for me, the worse thing is when i stay indoors, then the want to go out or meet people becomes so hard, it envelopes me, the anxiety controls me...its so tough to break, and i know i have to do it.....its just the doing it. So i get up, make my bed (you wouldnt believe how important that is) and make sure i get out daily.....my very small step in keeping me ”sane”. Keep it up dude
