Yes it is very rare for a tiger to go after a fully grown ussuri brown bear but it has happened. In most cases the risk is not worth the reward for the tiger.

Big cats are some of the most powerful animals strictly by body size, and interact with humans more than most wild animals simply because India and China have such high population densities. But animals like Polar Bears that live in harsher climates will eat anything they can find, which includes people when it comes across them.
In my humble opinion the polar bear is the deadliest land predator on Earth. They will not hesitate to attack man or anything else for that matter. Because of where they live they must take food wherever than can find it. The only reason more people are killed by tigers is because tigers live in places such as India where there are a lot of people while polar bears live in the sparsely populated Arctic. A lioness can take down an adult giraffe alone, hahhahhahhahah that is freaking hilarious. Only if the giraffe is injured or very old. A healthy adult giraffe would kill a lone lioness everytime. There’s video of lions fighting a croc in water and surviving. Bears are strong. A croc could easily kill a tiger or lion if it got a good bite. That's the main reason dogs as a whole run in packs, on they're own they can't do much to large prey due to the fact they can't wrestle them down to the ground. Great hunters for sure but even in a pack they can still fall victim to lions, leopards and hyenas. Middle of the food chain and would probably be near the bottom if it wasn't for the pack mentality.

I think the polar bear would win the fight with against the tiger. But I think the tiger is the most deadly hunter. The polar bear can weigh up to 500kg/1,100lbs. I just think that makes it too solid for the tiger to inflict serious harm to. They both stand on their hind legs to fight, and the bear has a powerful swipe of its own.

Sloth bears are very combative and defensive since they're both a prey animal and predator. With a lucky blow they might be able to take out even a healthy tiger, although the tiger will probably kill it in return or retreat. Severing tendons or bleeding out could put even the most fit tiger to death. Definitely not a regular occurrence though!
Considering tigers stay away from bears larger than them I wouldn't doubt the kodiak bear as superior. Males have the capacity of being roughly twice the size of even the largest wild tigers alive, with small males still being the same size of record tigers. Size matters a lot in nature, especially in intra-guild predation, since there are very few herbivores that are actually built for killing unlike predators.

Tigers are truly the lords of their domain. Somethings most people don't know about polar bears is that they really aren't top predator in their domain. Well at least in parts of their domain. Scientist on many occasions have seen Grizzly bears chase polar bears off of kills. When seen feeding together on dead whales, it is the polar bear that gives way to the grizzly pretty much all the time. I am sure there are some oversized male polar bears who don't do that but on average, the grizzly will dominate the polar bear. As aggressive as a polar bear can be, mainly towards other polar bears and people, they tend to be less aggressive towards other large predators. When it comes to a large Siberian tiger vs a Polar bear, the tiger has one pretty big advantage. Tigers have fighting and killing experience against a similar animal, the Russian brown bear. Seeing a Polar bear wouldn't exactly be something he hasn't seen before. On the other hand, seeing a very large cat would be something a Polar bear has never seen before. It's reaction would be anyone's guess. He could possibly turn and run away. Definitely would depend on the situation. Such as if a kill by either one was involved. How hungry each one was etc. If both are full, they would probably leave each other alone. Hard to tell. If a fight happened, the Polar bear would probably win 7 out of 10 fights because of it's size and strength advantage. He certainly wouldn't win every fight that is for sure.

I was astonished that a tiger would kill a nearly full-grown rhino. Their power must be fantastic!! I'd love you to make a video about polar bears, but I don't think they really compare with tigers. They are definitely the top predator in their ecosystem and take down huge animals such as walrus, but there is nothing really comparable to a rhino or elephant in the Arctic. However, I think they are wonderful animals and would be very happy to see your choice of videos about them. There is no need to bill them as 'deadly', as far as I'm concerned - just give us some interesting insights into their lives, please.

The problem with including saltwater crocodiles is that they are nowhere near as dangerous on land as they are in the water - still deadly, but far, far less than when they're in their element. It's better to include them when talking about aquatic predators - and that means they are outranked by great whites, sperm whales, orcas, squids etc.

This was not against sloth bears. A sloth bear will NEVER attack a tiger. It will defend itself, but never be the one looking for a fight. It's just generally against all possible predators.
This might be a very controversial opinion but the thought was sparked by the comments made about the Gharial being targeted by tigers If a species is looking likely to go extinct then humans should only intervene if we're the cause of the potential extinction If the extinction is caused by completely natural occurring situations, like the gharial would be if it was wiped out solely by tigers, then we should let nature run it's course

I think it’s only fair to make note of the crocs side of the story against Tigers, as there have been a fair number of reports of the reverse happening, with both mugger and saltwater crocodiles killing tigers. One report even mentions the tiger was missing its genitals and hind limbs after an overnight fight. Often when I’ve seen mugger crocodiles lose, it was either scavenging, it was a team effort as mentioned, or it was a tiger taking on an exhausted mugger. While yes the tiger can kill crocodiles under certain circumstances, I think it’s only fair to mention the opposite can happen.
Also with Elephants, that’s mainly youngsters who are alone or abandoned who get killed very swiftly, as if this fails, depending on the size of the animal it can easily overpower and kill the tiger, forcing it to run away more times than not. Tigers have the shot sure but it’s usually very slim and circumstantial, similar to the crocodiles.

Just because a coyote can kill a bobcat doesn’t make the bobcat less dangerous plus there’s video of wild dogs killing adults cape buffalo but I’d never seen cheetahs doing that. It’s a weird argument that doesn’t change how dangerous an animal could be. It’s like saying cobras are dangerous but a mongoose can kill one if it really wants too.

That's the main reason dogs as a whole run in packs, on they're own they can't do much to large prey due to the fact they can't wrestle them down to the ground. Great hunters for sure but even in a pack they can still fall victim to lions, leopards and hyenas. Middle of the food chain and would probably be near the bottom if it wasn't for the pack mentality.

Even in the video the only time tigers took out a subadult rhinos was in a group, does that not count anymore? Sloth bears are very combative and defensive since they're both a prey animal and predator. With a lucky blow they might be able to take out even a healthy tiger, although the tiger will probably kill it in return or retreat. Severing tendons or bleeding out could put even the most fit tiger to death.

Considering tigers stay away from bears larger than them I wouldn't doubt the kodiak bear as superior. Males have the capacity of being roughly twice the size of even the largest wild tigers alive, with small males still being the same size of record tigers.
Size matters a lot in nature, especially in intra-guild predation, since there are very few herbivores that are actually built for killing unlike predators.

Considering there's no bear that grow bigger than 500 to 600kg today,and there's no tiger that grow bigger than 280kg in the wild today.
An average bengal today is about 220 to 230kg,an average kodiak today is about 350 to 400kg.

This video doesn't prove anything that tigers are most deadliest predators on land because most cases of predation on deadly animals like bears rhinos and crocodile are young animals or old animals past their prime since a tiger won't take on an adult prime rhino bear or crocodile(depending on species ofc) since they are much more stronger than a tiger ( leopards are the only animals from this video that have been killed in their prime because leopards are much more smaller then tigers and that doesn't make a feat by killing an predator much more smaller than you)

Tigers are truly the lords of their domain. Somethings most people don't know about polar bears is that they really aren't top predator in their domain. Well at least in parts of their domain. Scientist on many occasions have seen Grizzly bears chase polar bears off of kills. When seen feeding together on dead whales, it is the polar bear that gives way to the grizzly pretty much all the time. I am sure there are some oversized male polar bears who don't do that but on average, the grizzly will dominate the polar bear. As aggressive as a polar bear can be, mainly towards other polar bears and people, they tend to be less aggressive towards other large predators. When it comes to a large Siberian tiger vs a Polar bear, the tiger has one pretty big advantage. Tigers have fighting and killing experience against a similar animal, the Russian brown bear. Seeing a Polar bear wouldn't exactly be something he hasn't seen before. On the other hand, seeing a very large cat would be something a Polar bear has never seen before. It's reaction would be anyone's guess. He could possibly turn and run away. Definitely would depend on the situation. Such as if a kill by either one was involved. How hungry each one was etc. If both are full, they would probably leave each other alone. Hard to tell. If a fight happened, the Polar bear would probably win 7 out of 10 fights because of it's size and strength advantage. He certainly wouldn't win every fight that is for sure.
Full grown male Lion would beat a Tiger 9 times out of 10. Kodiak Bear Male fill grown all day. Full grown African Bull Elephant would rag doll a full grown Tiger. A pack of African wild dogs...no chance for the Tiger.

I'd love you to make a video about polar bears, but I don't think they really compare with tigers. They are definitely the top predator in their ecosystem and take down huge animals such as walrus, but there is nothing really comparable to a rhino or elephant in the Arctic. However, I think they are wonderful animals and would be very happy to see your choice of videos about them. There is no need to bill them as 'deadly', as far as I'm concerned - just give us some interesting insights into their lives, please.

The problem with including saltwater crocodiles is that they are nowhere near as dangerous on land as they are in the water - still deadly, but far, far less than when they're in their element. It's better to include them when talking about aquatic predators - and that means they are outranked by great whites, sperm whales, orcas, squids etc.

This was not against sloth bears. A sloth bear will NEVER attack a tiger. It will defend itself, but never be the one looking for a fight.

This might be a very controversial opinion but the thought was sparked by the comments made about the Gharial being targeted by tigers
If a species is looking likely to go extinct then humans should only intervene if we're the cause of the potential extinction
If the extinction is caused by completely natural occurring situations, like the gharial would be if it was wiped out solely by tigers, then we should let nature run it's course
I agree with this, unless the extinction would have a huge impact on the ecosystem, in which case it's worth the effort to preserve it
