Mohit Thakur a common existential fear I used to get this one lots “free will OCD” even if they were you could still Enjoy the moment you would forget about it most the time like watching a movie with actors in it, we forget it’s acting and get lost in the moment. The only thing fueling the cycle is fear, bringing it for the ride and getting under the fear allows you to flow out of the fusion.
I have OCD and I’ve been on medication for just two days and I’ve noticed a huge difference.

Why do antidepressants work for ocd? Is it a chemical imbalance?
