In this video, I will provide a tutorial on how to change the maximum Engine Speed to High Idle when the vehicle is stationary or not moving.
In this programming, I used the Volvo Tech Tool to change the "Max Engine Speed" when the vehicle was stationary or not moving.
Volvo Tech Tool is software used for inspection, testing, calibration, diagnostics and programming on Volvo trucks.
