Why is there even a naval war? Green had blue defeated on naval at the start but then got dumb about it. Then blue continued to be dumb with naval and kept getting his units blown up.

he basically didn't have a navy to fight back. and he lost most of his miners he probably was out of cash, he spent too much money on rocketeers and he paid for it.
