    All I want to do is play my progress from Xbox on my pc. I link it and I loss progression. I unlink it and it comes back. I hate that I can't get my xbox progress to pc

      Seems like you need to link the account with the progress first. So create a new account with a new email from your xbox, then link your PC to the new account.

      @@GAGE2008 When linked to
      a nexon account you will get the progress from the device first connected to the nexon account.
      So if you disconnect all your devices from your nexon account, create a new nexon account, link you main device (with the progress) first, then link your other device, it should work.
      If you disconnect your device from nexon it should get its progress back since all devices should have its own progress saved locally, and use that whenever you are not connected to a nexon account.

    i just lost all my progress becuse i wonna try to link my acc to nexon.
    but after that i unlinked. and now i have lost my progress

      My wife just had this happen to her. Made a new account, remembered she had one, unlinked, linked to old one, and her progress is gone. I can't find anything to fix it...

      @@yangdoo92 Yes. Luckily, all we had to do for her was just link it back (via the website, where she did everything in the first place), and then start the game. On start everything was attached the way it should've been. Totally forgot about this post until just now. :p

      unlink your account on nexon. ive been trying to link my ps5 to my xbox but every time i do i lose everything. so i dont know how to pull it to another console but the only way i know to get everything back is to unlink

      You can’t. Same for xbox. That’s why nobody is responding. I can’t even get Nexon to address it. I am pursuing getting my money back for all the loss content.
