Thanks for sharing. I just finished my first ultra trail run, 50km. I have talked to my wife about this event before, but she wasn't behind me then. I'm going to try and set myself into a good training plan and try to show her this crazy idea is a great idea!
Also, I love Zoe's approach to her first. It's basically how I did my 50km this weekend: Little to no prep! I've ran 3 half marathon this quarter, and just signed up for the event some my friends wouldn't confirm they would do a 50 mile relay 😂
