I learned so much from Ray. Like, when he didn’t want to help out with the kids or house he'd pretend like he didn’t know how to do it. My husband to a tee.
I used to babysit twins and their mother told me when the sonographer realised they got the doctor to check the scan and confirm. Their mother told me they broke it to her and her husband gently because it normally comes as a shock to parents. Their mum told me she was in shock and fear for weeks before she felt excited and the funny thing was she said as hard as it was she'd love to have another set of twins and she found having a single baby (she had a third one 4 years after the twins) harder because the twins entertained each other.
Debra has nobody but herself to blame that she has in-laws that constantly barge in unannounced. Ray tried to warn her. But than again, Ray is happy that Deb didn’t heed his warning because Marie saved him from having to do any fatherly and husband responsibilities. Yes I know this is a show.
Great catch. I am 41, married myself with 3 kids that are little, my son is 3, my middle child which is my daughter just turned 2 on this month and my 3rd one which is also my daughter was born a month ago, I work 5 days a week as a cashier at a drug store for 8 hours, sometimes 10 hours and weekends too. But I always made sure I was able to take my wife to her sonogram appointment, I’ve gotten to experience this 3 times. A husband is supposed to be there for his wife’s appointment of this very very thing. Can’t miss this ever. A husband that misses this is one huge moron. Really makes a husband just love his wife even more when they both get to see the gender of the baby they’re gonna have or the gender of twins they’re gonna have & especially when they hear the baby is healthy and growing very normal.
He's happy to have three kids, but later, he doesn't like doing anything with them. He literally their activities "crap" because he wanted to be lazy and watch television.
You must remember Ray is a sports writer. His profession required him to watch sporting events on television and afterwards write his column for the newspaper. With no shortage of sporting events to cover, his time was limited.
@@WendyButt-h4c Are you sure about that? It looked pretty real to me. So sad for the actors whose lives came to a close after the show concluded years ago now.
Its funny because they guys have nothing to do with having twins. Only the mother control twins. If the father us a twin or had twins in the family, he can pass that trait to his daughter's.
@louiserowland9940 yes. However, the trait for an egg to spilt can be anyone. Any female can have an egg spilt. Even without twins in the family. Dropping multiple eggs at ovulation is a genetic mutation that runs in families. My dad is a twin. He won't make twins but he can pass then gene to his daughters to have twins. And his boys can pass to thier daughters
@@louiserowland9940Eggs only split with identical twins, which are much rarer than fraternal twins. Typically it’s down to how many eggs the woman releases. Either way the point they’re trying to make is that he didn’t have any role in it being twins, but is crowing like it was his achievement.

All 3 kids were also siblings in real life. So it's possible that the twins could pass as Ally at that age. I thought it was a stroke of genius to do that. 😅
Was Ally was taken down from her high chair and the camera person went to far ? It has been so many years, I never noticed how much the twins look like her when she was a toddler. . . darling.
@RebeccaDetweiler Yes, they are but she didn't look like them. It was explained, it was one of the twins playing a toddler Ally. I'd never seen the pilot or earliest episodes so didn't catch it wasn't a past scene or it couldn't have been Ally. A duh moment. . . Ally had long golden hair as a toddler/ preschooler.
the reaction is so.... genuine of a loving person.

Weaponized incompetence
When my wife and I went for sonogram together we found out we were having twins I fainted.
So would I!
Aww😊

@wickedwitchoftheeast88 We had 3rd 4 years later too! Piece of cake. She slept through the night.
“Am I a man or what?”😂
I loveeeee this moment 🥹❤️
2:20 The "jumping on the couch" left me laughing hard.
Reminds me of Tom Cruise before Tom Cruise. 😂
The fact that they made Jeffrey/Michael a baby Ally kills me 🤣
Boxers😂😂
Yay..twins! I can't wait to go golfing instead of hanging around during their formative years! - Ray Barone
Exactly! 💯

Yes I know this is a show.
So he ignores Ally when he comes home, and then she disappears from the high chair.
after Mom eats all her food!
Was wondering about that!
Yeah. Good catch.
did anyone. notice the baby was not in her high chair anymore and that Ray didn’t greet her anyway? awful Continuity there !
Rip Jeffrey
Hey That’s Not Nice
Jeffrey is Cute
@@lilyfuentes2555how isn’t it nice.. the actor died in real life

Lollll true blue
In the show, anyways
Typical Italian boy whose mother spoiled him! 😂
Ray didn’t go to the sonogram?

Be glad ur young probably and times have changed . Truly its how men were. And it was worse before the 90s.

It's a friggin TV show for pity sake!
Was she really pregnant at the time? Would not shock me!
She was
Like wheres the little girl?

You want names? I'd be like Alex, Bobby, Jamie, Pat, Morgan, Riley........
Why is everybody so seriously critical of these characters, as if they were real people? It's a joke, not real, they're not actual people. Lighten up!

so they dressed up either michael or geoffrey as the girl to play BABY ally? lol

There are rules about how much time babies can be on camera.
Was Ally was taken down from her high chair and the camera person went to far ? It has been so many years, I never noticed how much the twins look like her when she was a toddler. . . darling.
that’s because one of the twins is playing ally in this episode
@cherriefairy4 😆 I'd never seen it before and thought she should be older and had more hair!
@@wanderlust62Yes, it was one of the boys.

My husband f'uped 3 jobs in 15years , and I knew he could do it.

So I divorced him on purpose.
Not a fan of the type of "dad" he turns out to be.
So glad this show was canceled
I never enjoyed this show
Ray is so selfish
I never liked this show. Now I remember why.
I wish debra married robert hes more active with the kids.
