Dude no matter how much water you drink you will still experience the hot flashes. I get them too bud. I mean we are basically throwing our body into menopause. So idk keep drinking that water cuase yes we need to make sure we stay hydrated due to red blood cell count and hemoglobin are effected by the testosterone.
This some really helpful advice, especially being a black transman too. Pre t and pre op as well. Finding a job n getting people to call me the right pronouns & correct chosen name is difficult. But vids like this definitely help. Reminds me I'm not alone n I can do this if y'all can too. Thanks for the advice my guy. Peace 😎✌🏾

It took me years before I started im 31 I started at 28 I needed to understand it completely. Everybody journey is different im just now seeing changes after years of not being consistent n having doubts because of others around me. For some reason when u on T a certain amount of time u stop giving a fuck about how others feel and start doing u completely. N being in those in between stages suck u kinda flip flop who u are but in do time it stops being a concern because u will eventually get to the point u want to be at n not care so much about it personally speaking.
If you get locked up they going place you by yourself or by what’s below ⬇️🤦🏾♂️ but I thought that to at first 😂. I got locked up and they put me in a holding cell with dudes 😂🤦🏾♂️ until it was time to check what was below
word bro my appetite is completely gone but i was like that before starting T. like i would snack throughout the day but now it’s like i eat a bowl of fruit and I’m good all day
@@tyliqsworld8658 facts i think it is a side effect lowkey but reading up on it, humans can sustain by just eating once a day but just being safe i take multivitamins twice a day & im in the gym a lot so started taking supplements too. like creatine, whey protein etc etc but as long as your blood pressure & levels are fine, i guess you good 💯
@@tyliqsworld8658 idk who told you that but that is a damn lie. Idk what your t levels are but I’m on gel and my t level is 545 and Iv had good results I already have facial hair at 6 months. Granite everybody’s body is different. And my voice have dropped significantly. Man I wish we could face time so I could show you what’s up man I’m telling you do some research into it and if you want to see my results on t after six months let me know

Oh and have you thought about maybe doing the gel? Cuase that’s what I do and I don’t have all those problems with the shot shit.
i’ve thought about doing gel but you dont get the same results. the stomach injections have quicker results and thats what i want
