Victor was a clone of Sasuke when he was 70 years old
I don't know why, but for some reason this music suits Kashin Koji better.
Everytime he decides to reveal himself to team 7 he always makes a grand entrance with a "pose", standing on a cliff with his cape hovering with the wind.
If they played this music on him Boruto the whole series would have been so cheesy.

This is even better than the Kara OST. An edit focusing more on the second part, the opera part, and the electric guitar would be insane!

Ikr... Kashi Kojin is a very typical & cliche character design. Nothing special about him.
But Naruto ( the whole series) is not at all cliche. It's masterfully crafted.
So to see a cheesy character design with this ost in the background somehow makes light hearted but it works.
Imagine if viktor successfully consumed the fruit of the devine tree replica he made
