RF::GUARD - The mighty super hero of design | Der Superheld fürs Engineering

With the help of our RF::GUARD software, fixtures can be designed automatically.
The development of the tool has now progressed to such an extent that we are generating major benefits in everyday project work.
It is possible to generate models in 15-45 minutes (depending on the size and complexity of the fixture), which can be presented to the customer for discussion after subsequent verification and reworking.
In the current project, we have modeled 27 devices in just under 2 weeks.
The video shows an example of the current status of the software in daily project use.
The latest version includes a fully modeled base frame as well as native Catia data in the customer standard.
This gives the designer the opportunity to edit the generated model directly.
The result, including gripper positions and robot positions, serves as a starting basis for the simulation.
The GUARD team is looking forward to new upcoming projects in which we can once again support the project teams and convince them of the benefits.

Mit Hilfe unserer Software RF::GUARD lassen sich Vorrichtungen automatisiert konstruieren.
Mittlerweile ist die Entwicklung des Tools soweit fortgeschritten, dass wir große Benefits im Projektalltag generieren.
Es ist möglich im Zeitraum 15-45 Minuten (abhängig von Größe und Komplexität der Vorrichtung) Modelle zu erzeugen, die nach anschließender Verifizierung und Nacharbeit dem Kunden zur Durchsprache vorgelegt werden können.
Im aktuell laufenden Projekt haben wir 27 Vorrichtungen in knapp 2 Wochen modelliert.
Das Video zeigt ein Beispiel zum aktuellen Stand der Software im täglichen Projekteinsatz.
Die neueste Version beinhaltet ein vollständig modelliertes Grundgestell, sowie native Catia-Daten im Kunden-Standard.
Dem Konstrukteur bietet sich so die Möglichkeit das erzeugte Modell direkt weiter zu bearbeiten.
Das Ergebnis dient, inklusive Zangenstellungen und Roboterpositionen, als Startbasis für die Simulation.
