I'm making the chicken parmi recipe tomorrow, I want to do this one next week. I'm doing the steak and chips recipe after. at this point these recipes are summer standards. thanks for producing these videos, they're helping my family create wonderful memories
I watch the ads for you ... and for the food. Mostly the food. I watch the ads so you can make more great outdoor videos for me to crave over. Its a symbiotic relationship. :)
Bloody beauty, Harry! I feel like I'm in need of this right now. If I could only convince you & Sam that there is something worth visiting down here in Victoria! Catch you soon, buddy. Cheers, Andrew
Get a couple of calico bags to keep in your truck, 2 mins and you've got sand/gravel bags to hold down your awning. Also good to check the dirty dishes in or empty tins.
That looks so good and easy to make I got to try that 👍👍👍👍 love your videos and it’s great seeing Fred is doing better and of course what better back drop than an 80 series 😂😂😂👍👍
That's the best HSP I've seen and those cold oil chips I have to have a go at, Fred was at his most relaxed in this video probably a good thing given the heat.
1 tin sweetcorn(creamstyle/not the plain kernels tins) 600g self raising flour 1 tin condensemilk Half cup milk Just mix all together at once in one bowl with a spoon. Sticky mess. Throw in buttered bread pan, square ones not round one. Fill to just above half because it will still rise while cooking . i usually adjust the flour mix according to my pans. One pan is 500g flour. But my new one is 600g flour .Easiest camp fire corn style sweet bread. Takes 3 minutes to mix and its on the fire no waiting to rise.(hence self raising flour). 35-45min low/meduim . i usually make it in advance before i start the meat or anything else. Cheers B..yea the name is B ;)
Mate... that looks soooo good... i never comment or thumbs up but you deserve one for this... keep up the good work im loving the simple down to earth style... and those chips...wow they look good i will be cooking them that way from now on !!!
im really enjoying your videos mate! i found you from your raptor review actually! really nice channel you have here, cant wait for your future content
Looks fantastic and I’m go8ng to make this drinking beer for my bday in my backyard tomorrow because I’m still locked up. And ps…only true way fix a hangover is to start drinking again.
That looks so yummy and so simple. Two ropes and two pegs will stop it from going over and it will take all of two minutes to do, to easy. I really like your vid's.
Harry you absolute legend, you've changed the game for me entirely. I was sitting at the table while my parcel of squid defrosted for my own seedy feed, I thought i'd fire up one of your vids while i wait and decided to do my chips the same as you and I'm never going back. Cheers for the hot chip *ahem* tip.
Man I absolutely love your style. I almost want a hangover just so I can try your dish out. Just a little scared of the after pain. Thanks for the video.5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hi there Nice to do such dish. May I say you can add peppermint leaves after you chopped them to the suouc of yoghurt and cucumber . It will give its extra tast . Enjoy it
Harry,.. mate, .. sitting in Cape Town South Africa, watched your clip on Saturday, made this on Sunday, bloody phenomenal bro. I made mine with Sweet Potato fries and a leg of lamb off the weber, but basically everything else the same, ... instant hit with the Misso. Fuckinay mate , top shelf.
Know how you feel with the big dogs in the heat, can take them quite a while to cool down sometimes! Great video mate, these new vids have been awesome! Audio and video quality are 👌👌👌👌
Great video Harry absolutely loving your content, I’m glad Fred is doing well, definitely going to grab that wok, is that a after market bag for the wok? Thanks mate
hey harry, where did you get that new{ish} looking insert for your snowpeak firepit, my grille is looking very worse for wear {i guess cause we actually use it on hot open fires}, that one looks different to the mesh type one that it was originally sold with
I guess the HSP here in South Africa would be a garage pie (pepper steak) grandpa and a Steri stumpi... Works for me, can find this at every garage in the country.
Yes, in low concentrations, say 20-25% oil. More than that and these engines flog the fuel pumps out early because they don’t lubricate well enough. But yes, definitely could have filtered that straight in to the tank
hey mate are u still in broome?, i live in broome and i came across your crabbing video and i loved it! Keep it up and if your still here i hope that i see u hah
Somewhere on the cliffs behind you are ancient photos of a aboriginal cook up similar to yours, macassons bought pork from Malaysia and shared their secret.

Brilliant vid mate 🤙🔥
Definitely have to try this on the next camping trip! Where’d you get your table from?
hey harry, where did you get that new{ish} looking insert for your snowpeak firepit, my grille is looking very worse for wear {i guess cause we actually use it on hot open fires}, that one looks different to the mesh type one that it was originally sold with
It’s not a Snowpeak, I sold that one and went all Red Roads because it’s stainless and seems to last better 👍
Bee nice to have cook book Harry
Nice! I love those chips. But I'm like you, the fresh potatoes are definitely better. I need to find a wok with a folding handle.
Nathan King Overland look up campingwithhillbilly.com or grabmegear.com
Nice one man
Gonna make this for sure. Not common in new zealand at all.
That looks bloody Fantastic! Where did you get that knife?
Link in the description mate 👍👍 it’s a belter!
That's the best greasy kebab I've seen for a long time. I'm gonna do that next time camping.
Good onya Harry!!!! This is the shit we need to know
If everything wasn't hard this would be easy. That's going on my tomb stone.
Thats knife is awesome! What is it?
Cheers mate, link in the description to it 👍
I see in all your videos you use the same cutting board. Do you wash it all after putting raw meat on it?
Absolutely mate
I guess the HSP here in South Africa would be a garage pie (pepper steak) grandpa and a Steri stumpi... Works for me, can find this at every garage in the country.
What tea brand is it (hair of the dog), gotta try this next trip with the boys
tried your steak chips last night.... absolutly unreal!
Couldn't find a bigger knife Harry?
Sivan Heyns I thought it was a bit much when I got it. Then I started using it and can’t get enough of it!
Would it be possible to run the cruiser on left over oil? (and thanks for the tip on red road fire pits...look like good value)
Yeah mate, here for a year!
Almazan inspired and knife? Great stuff.

Probably been asked before but what fire pit is that?
Red roads, link in the description to it
