How is this dude under 1k subs?! you deserve minimum 10k for the amount of editing and upload times! keep uploading for as long as you feel like it because there is always the chance you break the algorithm😁
I appreciate this a lot, means so much to hear people appreciating my Chanel and the hard work I put in, hopefully one day I can crack the algorithm 🤞🏻
Fab review. I've got a sit-stand table which I love, but still sitting on the fence because of the lack of angles. That said, another RUclipsr rests this monster on another stand (which is a tad overkill and another expense IMHO!) Someone else mentions that the rubberised trim section around the iPad insert can cause friction-drag at certain areas like the corners? Still, I'm 90% sure this will go in my shopping basket soon 😅 Thanks, Rockett. New Subber 👍👍
Thanks so much. I also have a sit stand desk which I also agree is awesome, but there is something about the Sketchboard pro which is really nice, personally the angles are nice for the way I draw, but this may change depending on the person, and personally I’ve never had any trouble with friction on the corners. In the end it’s your call but I’ve never regretted mine, enjoy if you do pick one up and happy creating! ✍️✅
I love the extra real estate this product gives me, more surface to lean on and rest my arms on - but I'm trying to work on my posture and hunching over it all day really isn't good for you. I'd be curious to see if anyone has any solutions on how to elevate it to a more ergonomic angle without ruining the stability or drawing experience.
It’s a great product hey! I do know what you mean though about improving the angle a little bit, I tend to leave mine the way it is but I also have an electronic sit/stand desk which allows me to adjust the height on that so I can raise the desk up which definitely helps improve the angle, but I'm also aware that not everyone has those sorts of tables so it can be a bit tricky to find a good solution, let me know if you do end up finding anything that works, good luck!
I had trouble deciding but I ended up purchasing the Darkboard because I like to do art on my bed/couch. It is much more versatile and can be used on the desk as well. I cannot wait for it to arrive!
@@JMulvy awesome! I ordered mine yesterday morning on the 1st and it says it will be here by the 13th from the US. Not too bad. It usually is quicker than what it says. I will let you know what I think if I remember!
Thanks so much 🙏🏻 I got mine directly from their website even though there is no Australian version of the site. I think it’s the only way to get them, it was easy and shipping was adorable and fairly quick, good lucks and happy drawing ✍️
I am Aussie. Not sure if this will help you now 8 months later but in case anyone else sees this, I purchased the Astropad Darkboard from Amazon AU. It is coming from the US using prime shipping. I saw both versions of the Sketchboard Pro (version 2 is on pre-order) available on Amazon AU as well, but you do have to have it shipped from the US. Having a prime membership is worthwhile in this case. 😊
Totally understandable! I love Sketchboard so much but I do take it in and out a lot. Good news is its very easy to get the iPad in and out of the Sketchboard which is nice 👍
@@RockettDesign my “shell” for moft is pretty slim so I’m hoping, but we will see. It doesn’t have a cover but does have a pen slot. May have to get clever with a garage tool mod, if it works will let you know!
Hey i have an ipad but procreate i don't have...so as my country don't allow to purchase dollars .... what can i do ? And country from other person can send dollars in my apple account or not how to do what to do plzz help me ..
Love the review. I’m new (less than a year) to digital illustration and art. Working to learn to illustrate my own children’s book. What do you gain from the SB Pro? Makes the process quicker and smoother? And why only the 8 out of 10? Thank you!

Thank you so much! Now I feel confident about getting it
Glad it helped, it really is a great piece of equipment, enjoy yours when it arrives!

I can't decide between this and the Astropad Darkboard. Not only is it lighter, but cheaper too.
Yeah good point, I haven’t tried that one yet but it’s on my list, maybe I should get one and do a side by side comparison 🤔

I just want to be able to use this and not have to pop it in and out if a case bc I use iPad for EVERYTHING when I run around office. And I’m a klutz.
