When I was first introduced to Lyfe I fell in love. His music resonates with my soul. He is up there with them R&B classics like Earth, Win and Fire, The Isley Bros, The Ojays and The Temtations.

been a fan of this man since 2004, his music in so many ways... Was my life, My experiences...but with no outlet, there was no voice... but listening to this man pour his life (heart) out through song... touches me, the truth, the real, the hurt, the pain... all of it...along with establishing a relationship with God, it took me to become older, to see those experiences,...that which I did, that in which was done to me...how it groomed me for who I was ultimately to become.. it helped me to find my voice. so when you hear a cat like this, who spits it real, music becomes more than just words sung to a melody, but it becomes a imitation of life. thxq brother for not just sharing your gift, but your life as well... all that glitters ain't gold, you have to go through the rain to get to the rainbow, and yes, crying is like, "taking your soul to the laundromat."
