Welland & Port Colborne "Dumbest Drivers"

Watch for bad drivers like Ontario Marker CEMW-539 from Port Colborne
This guy drives like he owns the road, he was following me on Humberstone Rd in Welland, as we rounded the corner onto Hwy 58A he guns it up the hill crossing over the double yellow line that was a turning lane for the street we just come off of almost hitting the front of my car, also seems he can't read "Keep Right" road signs
Now he's just another You Tube star showing off his bad driving skills.
