Okay as a ap twitch expert - I played nothing else almost last time arena was around. On hit is not the way to go. Trueshot prodigy you rerolled BIG mistake one of the best augments on him as you will spamm it every 5-8 seconds due to your poison ticks and damage scales with ap. Full ap is the way, u only nned attackspeed up to a certain point to get the stacks and W will do half of the job. Then just spam E autos is unimportant unless you get markmage, which sadly at least last season was bugged with his ultimate.
Yous should only think with the passive and the E is your damage autos are a tiny portion and not worth it for anything else than just making sure the poison keeps ticking.
In some matches u need to kite and just reapply poison so it doesnt run out and watch them burn with passive + E. And in these cases True shot prodigy is so broken as it keeps firing for around 1k dmg.Else any augment that gives high cooldown reduction, or AP is the way to go as long as you have like 1,4 ish attackspeed. And in the end sometimes markmage can save your day.

Okay so for AP Twitch you want AP and survivability.
This typically means Nashor's --> Boots --> Rabadon's --> Hourglass/Banshee --> Bashee/Hourglass.
This leave's one item slot left, which is either Shadowflame or Mejai. This is of course different in Arena, however the core of the build should still be Nashor's - Boots - Deathcap's.
Please do not go Rageblade or Stormsurge, they're bait items, and offer way less than previously mentioned items.
4:10 - I would've gone Innevating Locket, offers tankiness with the Health and the highest AP out of the 3 items. It also helps in the survivability department with it's passive.
