Salaam, thanks a lot for the recipie. I really wanted to learn how to make meat pickle. I have two questions. 1. for how long do we need to keep it for fermentation if I use simple vinegar and no Benzoate. 2. Do we need to refrigerate it while in fermentation as well. Thanks again.
Thanks for watching. You dont have to keep it in fridge for fermentation. Keep it in a dark closed place like we keep other pickles. You can consume it after 24 to 36 hours. It can be used for a period of 2 to 3 weeks workout preservation but make sure to keep it in fridge after opening

Walaikum as salaam dear sister. Alhamdulillah I am doing very well and pray for the same for you. Kashmiri people always used mustard oil. Ask you family, your elders. Earlier everyone used only mustard oil and they were much much healthier than us. Had no ortho issues, had less cardio and other problems. Yes today's generation uses refined oil as it's easier to use. But Kashmiri food was mostly cooked in mustard oil. Coming back to Pir oil, I have used other mustard oils, they smoke a lot. The flavour is also not well. But Pir mustard oil smokes very less and gives ghee like taste to food. Try it and you'll come to know.
Tysm for reply.. but i be honest i live from hyderpora.. your style of cooking i love.. mum and in our family never used ginger powder most of the spices.. never used ghee too.. mum is so health freak.. its like seeing this style and this way pf cooking me telling my mom hum toh kashmiri hai living in kashmir y havent you ever cooked or made like this.. spices badayan powder stocks fried onions everything is different.. you made by your videos so easy wazwaan dishes wil try for sure...i often used to tell mom kaise kashmiri hai hum kashmiri dishes hi nahi aati banani.. just bcoz of you we tried so many.. not on insta otherwise would love to send pics to you.. congrats on 100k .. let me tell you 2 3 months back i came to know a kashmiri food channel has came that too a girl from my city is running it you wouldnt believe without seeing it i subscribed i thought it would be ordinary just liking coz patrotic.. but after seeing i was level hai that too bahut acha..
