How much price is this
Let me put some light on this project as I could have experienced in last 15 days..
1. They are demanding Advance booking amount with out providing any property documents like EC, sale deed, chain of deed
2.When one is going to book a plot a simple money receipt will be given with out any term and condition and valid agreement to sale.
3.There is no trace map or plot number mentioned any where in booking document
4.One will give booking amount in favor of Biulder’s firm name however at the time of registration the Firm’s MD will execute the documents in his personal capacity. This may ceate problems in case of any finance.
5. They have also a condition that at the time of registry they will receive that much amount in white as eual to govt valuation and rest part in CASH only(in black). This will lead to under valuation of your property.
5.Entire project is near about 100 acre as on date , however they dont have RERA approval or BDA approval.
NOTE: BDA will never give approval as b’coz a very high tension electric lines are passing over some part of the project.
6.They will force you to purchase the construction material from their own depot.They will never allow out side trucks into their project
7. As on date no bank will give finance due to these above mentioned lapses
8. Last but not the least..never ever deal any thing with Mr. BISHU(sales executive)

I went to this property through your last video... These people expect that without checking any EC you should give them advance money... So first verify and then give money is a false statement... Whenever you are making these kind video pls do your research and and give genuine information... People can't give their hard earned money without any verification...

Before blaming anyone you should have knowledge that what I am doing exactly, this channel is spreading only information and awareness..
If they are asking money before checking of documents, then you should leave that property and i repeatedly suggest this thing in my every video, that don't pay anyone before checking of documents.
One more thing are you paying me a single money during purchase of land????then why are you blaming us.

A channel ra Toka bahut phutani mare. Dahara ta bhali lage. Guys i m localities of Patia village bbsr. Before buying any plots in or around bbsr do proper research. Even if the plot is valid there might be other disputes in plot ownership.. like owner family disputes.. where in other family members may file case in any point of time.. for ex owner sisters.. just an example.. like this many such problems might be there internal to land owners family
