Cut To Kill was Liam Howlett's first musical venture, recording and performing under the name DJ Fame.
Hip-hop group from Essex, England. featuring Dave Grass & Tim Rycroft, Liam Howlett joined the group as their second DJ around 1986. Two years later the band signed to Tam Tam, excluding Liam from the deal despite using one of his tracks on their demo. Liam then gave up on the hip-hop scene, took an interest in the burgeoning Essex rave scene and the rest is history
