It's banks problem not ours. Banks give money back for unwanted transactions

Your card can be copied with a card reader while its in your pocket, banks will only refund money AFTER you have reported it copied but by then your account is empty

So what are the chances of the fraudsters getting nicked ?
I have just been stung for £300 in unauthorised online payment to websites I have never visited
(John Lewis and Odeon among others)
I guess they are pretty sure they know the score and that the risk is minimal ?
