QC was brutal on this figure. On mine, the connector peg inside the standard lower body piece was bent. The upper torso would hang crooked when attached to the lower legs.
I had to crack the pelvis, which scared the hell out of me because that's one of the hardest things to do when customizing/fixing figures. Thankfully, I was able to cleanly split the seam with a little heat. Adjusted the piece inside and put it back together with some super glue. Looks brand new and I can switch the lower halves out as intended.
Sorry you had to go through something similar!

Sorry you had to go thru that. I've always dread opening my Mattel Creations with each release praying there are no qc issues. My Camo Khan arrived with a cracked plastic cover. Not the end of the world but not what you want to see when you're a mint on card collector.

My Kol-Darr had 2 right upper arms. Fortunately I bought some cheap Masters of the WWE Universe figures for custom fodder and one had the same skin color as Kol-Darr, so I was able to replace the incorrect arm easily. I don't understand why Mattel is punishing Origins collectors by relegating the line to their website. Mattel creations is starting to remind me of the old Matty Collector site. Figures sell out super fast, forcing you to resort to overpaying on the secondary market and Mattel creations magically restocks them after several months. 😮‍💨

I had the same thing happen with my Slithering Snake Men Invasion 4 pack. The extended neck of Rattle Hood was missing a conector piece but at the bottom of the neck... also i heard there were issues with missing pieces with the Snake Mountain play set (luckily mine was in order). Seems like Mattel really is hitting rock bottom in quality control...

Good job man, but It's really sad that we can't say the same of Mattel

Mine had two left upper arms and no dagger...Mattel gave me a good refund - all except shipping. I used a Snake Teela i got for sale for the arms and gave her the other ones. The has the same skin tone but the bracers are just a touch lighter. She also now has that snake pattern on her shoulders I don't really mind.
Then cut off the back of the elbow enough to bend the new Teela's arm forward. It's kind of weird looking but she can be a hand maid or something.
My friend MrHomeArcade did a trade for the sword, so I'm really digging the Lady.
It's weird yours didn't even have a girdle peg, good job on replacing it!
I think despite random QC issues it's disappointing they skipped the paint for the belts... Why for 5 more cents on an exclusive expensive figure?

I saw quite a few problems with this figure. Luckly, mine came 100%, no issues at all.
