      I do not drink alcohol so I’m not the best person to ask. But, I believe the sale of alcohol is not allowed in Utqiagvik.

    %60 percent native and 40% white. Why was the name changed from barrow.

      The people of Utqiagvik voted to change the name from Barrow to the original Iñupiaq language name in 2016.
