I’ve been thinking for a while that Brannen is a really good interviewer. I don’t know if the editing makes it appear that way lol, or he is just super prepared for each person but it flows really well from question to question and I feel like he hits on what most things people want to hear.
Hell yeah Alexis! She kicked ass all year in training and I knew she'd crush her first year at the game. Dangerous in lots of workouts and an ability to do some things no one else can
I believe I heard somewhere that Rebecca had to bear hug the bag the entire way because it was too heavy to heave onto her shoulders/back, not because she didn't think of it. I can imagine every single athlete found that workout super hard, yet I'm most impressed by those who struggled and still made that decision to tap into all mental and physical reserves to finish it. You guys are awesome! 👏 I think that's one of the times an endurance background can really help: like finishing an event in spite of cramps etc. and your whole body shutting down.
