What this man on the bottom doing is dangerous very dangerous.
What he's doing isn't as dangerous as the way he's doing it, one large pile coming off that stack could sweep him away, better farther away with a longer stick.
It's not "satisfying" if you don't show it unloading until empty.

I think those are metal plates that cover the conveyor belt , because if all the belt is covered of material is not possibile to start moving. And those plates keep the belt safe during the loading times

Sod all health or safety going on here. These workers are in danger of life-changing injury and death, and in the UK this could be a gross dereliction of duty by their employer.
The behaviour of bulk materials in augered hoppers can be very variable, resulting in grave danger of engulfment to anyone near the channel or on the bulk. Here we see the material avalanching at the front of the heap, but it can form an unstable bridge above the channel which will periodically collapse it, or only slide down at the back of the heap - or any combination of these behaviours. And then there is the dust hazard, some materials release toxic gas, or oxygen can be displaced by carbon dioxide.
What country allows this? Which employer?
