"Just keep swimming" Im there too but having something to look forward to is keeping me afloat mentally. I'm working towards getting a loan to build a van. This channel has helped a lot.
no need ship your van to hawaii. just rent a van out here. im sure there is people who rent out vans. but i would recommend the islands of Hawaii, Kauai or Maui to do it since its more country life. Oahu is more city life with some island life.
That is SOOOOO much cheaper than I was expecting it to be... bro you did such an amazing job I think you legit made my dream van, with the really solid internet, to let me do my data science work on the go and play some video games, the toilet and shower, 3 burner stove and oven, gorgeous cabinets.. you should be damn proud of yourself man, making me think I can build my own after hearing the only thing you built before this was legos haha
@@HeatherBDentureDiVa but that's only because he financed his van and build materials. Aloha! We'd love to have you come and tour the Big Island but you ought to know that there are virtually no campers or campgrounds here but I could line up good, safe sites for you to camp with friends all around the island. It does take quite a while to ship a vehicle by barge across the Pacific and it's quite pricey so you might entertain the notion of renting a van over here. Wishing you many great adventures from Florida to Alaska!
Ryan, I've watched all your videos and you are my favorite van life RUclipsr. I watch every video as soon as it comes out. You are so authentic! Keep it up.
I love your van and your videos!!!! Your van is so nice that I thought you purchased it the way that it is now when I watched your 1st video (well not your 1st one but the 1st one that led me to your channel) You are awesome and it’s really cool that your gf and bro camp with you!!!! Thank you for letting us travel with you and keep the videos coming!!!! Safe travels!!!!!!
Hey Ryan, let me know when you plan to drive down to the FL Keys. You have to start at Mile 0! You'll be passing right by me on your way down, would love to meet you and buy you a meal. Love your videos! Def kinda bummed no microwave combo unit is going in haha. Safe driving!
Have you ever considered being hired out to build a van out? I figure it would cost more since you would have to get paid for your work, your van is really one of the cleanest so far and most functional. Thanks for this video glad you are so generous with information. Stay safe 🙏 Videos of you staying by family friends and making videos would be awesome too. Looking foward to your videos.
Just found your channel and I could tell where you were driving on your way to stealth camp in DC that we live in the same town! Cant wait until I can get out there!
Hi Ryan.. I just discovered your channel. It’s really interesting. Especially all that bomb ass food you be cooking. You always make me hungry. Safe travels 🫶🏻
I expect you'd be amazed at the actual places you can take your van. You really don't need 4WD to experience the Backcountry. I've been vanning for 20 years. Three vans, two Sprinters and currently A Promaster 3500 extended high top. I've driven over 350k miles. From Guatamala to the top of Alaska. Thousands of those miles were pretty hard core 4WD. My current van is lifted, off road shocks, all terrain tires and a skid plate. Only the tires are really needed. The rest are just for fun. I also owned and drove 4WD rigs for 20 years. It's mostly aquiring the knowledge of where, when and how to navigate the Backcountry. Good luck!
I recently stumbled across your videos and have been following you at the start of your cross country trip to get back home for the holidays., Nice work on the videos. I was wondering what you do for health care insurance ? Thanks.
Do you ever use the couch seating area? It seems like a cool design idea that ultimately you don’t use that often, at least on camera. If you had to build your van again would you keep it?
California is flooding right now..... Go buy up some land bro, people are leaving. Also, that upgrade I'd say is microwave, canopy outside so you can extend your area with the door open. Also build out a 8x16 trailer and bring it along sometimes.
Really enjoy your videos. A question. Have ever thought about putting GPS coordinates in comments or descriptions to give directions to some of the cool places you camp?
Hi Ryan, I’m a new subscriber to your channel, I am always facinated by van life and tiny houses, I enjoy watching your cooking and travel videos, more power to you, greetings from the Philippines🇵🇭😊
Thank you for a great videos! Have you think about adding a stationary more powerful AC (like windows one), and maybe a small dishwasher - it's spend a lot less water and can be also used to store dishes. Small microwave with convention also adding a lot of opportunities to cook as you like to do.
from watching other people do vanlife stuff cloudy skies will reduce the amount of solar you can get but unless your panels are entirely covered with snow or something you will still typically get some charge, depending on the cloud cover it could be a fraction of what you usually get
@@Ryantwomeyy I bought gochujang for the first time based on that video. Like a tourist, I tried a teaspoon of it straight out of the tub. I now know not to do that.
i have watched tons and tons of van life videos but i will never be able to actually determine if im able and comfortable doing so until i actually see a van converted IN PERSON. if i come across you somehow in MD would it be okay to ask you for an in person tour?
Glad to see you Ryan. I just looked at your TikTok. Wow! You did blow up. Congrats on finding your niche on the internet. I’m definitely a fan. 😊When do you think you’ll start the new journey? hello man I have question. how much did your van and everything with it cost together? also is there a video up on your channel that shows everything you'll need to live in a van? im 19 and im kind of deciding to save up for a van like yours and maybe live in van for a while. I've never really had freedom to go anywhere, the last time I was out of state where I live was 4 years ago I believe on a family vacation.
Ryan. You chose to answer questions that have been asked and answered before like electrical and cameras used. Security devices etc. next time try and chose questions you don’t remember answering or being asked before to make your vlog a little more interesting. Love you and your channel just wanting something new or newer for us long time followers. Peace.
