Nick Hotel in Orlando, Florida held TMNT Retro Weekend featuring the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles voices Rob Paulsen, Cam Clarke, Townsend Coleman, and Barry Gordon including a Q&A session.
RIP James Avery/Uncle Phil/The Shredder, it would have been even more awesome if they got him into this as well.

Barry Gordon also played on a show called Fish & Rob Paulsen did voices for a bunch of other cartoon characters like Stealbeak on Darkwing Duck & Pinky on Pinky & The Brain etc.

I wish these guys had voiced as the 1987 version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles again also for the 2009 animated television movie "Turtles Forever" of when the 2003 version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles meet their counterparts from of the 1987 TV series and the 1984 comic book, that is if the people who worked for 4Kids Entertainment wasn't so stubborn of being a non-union company.
The people who worked for Nickelodeon were able to reunite Cam Clarke, Barry Gordon, Rob Paulsen and Townsend Coleman to voice of them again for the end of the episode "Wormquake" of the 2012 TV series that was first aired on March 14 of 2014 but the people of 4Kids didn't want to reunite the original cast due to financial issues? That is just plain rediculous.
If I were in charge of the production of Turtles Forever, I would've reunited the original cast to voice as the 1987 main characters again.
I wonder what those 4 thought of Turtles Forever. I wouldn’t be too surprised if they hated it.
1. The replacements were decent at best
2. The movie had way too much fun poking fun at the classic series. Yes the 80’s turtles were goofy, but they weren’t STUPID!
Turtles Forever was entertaining but it could have been A LOT better.
They returned in the two crossovers with the 2012 nick Turtles. Those two episodes were much more respectful of the 80s turtles.

Obviously by my name you can tell, I'm a huge tmnt fan especially the original cartoon . I woke up every morning to watch this series. Never missed it. I still love it still today too.
And to hear them voice the original turtles, I'm literally geeking out (like my name 😁😁😁).
I can watch reruns today and still remember the episode. Especially the early seasons. Thanks for sharing. This turtle fan is loving this.
R.I.P - James Avery (Voice of the Shredder). Love that he embraced being the Shredder. To say it was of the two highlights of his career is incredible. We love and miss our Shredder.

the new adaptations of the tmnt are abominations, they can never just leave classics alone or have respect, what get's me is these films are allowed to be done, there should be a line drawn, next they'll be introducing a gay turtle or a female turtle, and michael bays adaptation is just horrible, it's always some agenda in media to emasculate something, they can never leave things alone or original
